30-day returns on unopened bottles
If you change your mind, you may return unopened bottles with the safety seal intact within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
What cannot be returned
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles or bottles with a broken safety seal, unless the product is defective.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including delivery charges, in line with your rights under Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
How to start a return
Email hello@ancientnutra.com.sg with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address and next steps. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Return postage for damaged, defective, or incorrect items is on us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the unopened product for a refund and place a new order.
