We deliver across Singapore, including residential and business addresses. We do not ship internationally from this store at this time.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or Singapore public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates, and any free-shipping thresholds, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery fees may apply.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, contact us at hello@ancientnutra.com.sg within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and make it right with a replacement or a refund.
