Gymnema sylvestre, known in Ayurveda as gurmar, grown on our own plantation in Nalandawa, Sri Lanka, and prepared at our GMP and ISO certified facility in Matale, blended with black pepper extract (piperine) to support absorption. Two ingredients, no fillers.

Gymnemic acids interact with the sweet-taste receptors on the tongue. For a while after taking it, sweet food tastes noticeably flatter. It is a traditional Ayurvedic way of tempering a taste for sweetness.
